The fee for our services for the principal is 3% + PDV of the total agreed purchase price.

Legal certainty

Tour and presentation of real estate to potential buyers - filtered and personalized offers
Post-sales activities (implementation of registration in the name of the customer, transfer of all utilities to the name of the customer
Discount when creating energy certificates
